We manufacturers a complete line of turnkey oxygen cylinder refilling plants — with capacities from 10s-100s of cylinders per day that operate automatically. Complete plants include a feed air compressor, feed air dryer, oxygen generator, oxygen compressor, cylinder evacuation pump, and a cylinder filling rack.
The system can be set up to fill the hospital pipeline directly and use the filling ramp as a backup system. Oxygen cylinders can be filled simultaneously or during hours with low consumption.
The end pressure is from 150 barG to 200 barG.
All components are heavy duty, made for 24hour-per-day operation.
The high pressure compressor or the gas booster starts & stops based on customer specific parameters. The operation is supervised by control system and when any deviation from specified operation parameters occurs, the system is automatically shut down.
Our Oxygen Cylinder Refilling Plants enable customers to fill oxygen cylinders for existing needs or to supply others.
